> Sell any of the assets of this project or restrict access to them for your monetary gains through donations, paywalls or other means of payment.
> Distribute any of the assets of this project without permission and proper credit, as specified below.
You are allowed to:
> Distribute assets of this project, provided they are part of a pack and this pack includes meaningful modifications and/or additions.
> Distribute assets of this project, provided they are part of a pack and you have acquired permission and given proper credit to Modernity Addon Hub, as specified below, has been provided.
> Distribute assets of this project, provided they are part of a pack that is free to use for the community.
